Be curious
As a student halfway in a bachelor race, there's a limited amount of practical experience. It's funny that the confidence was still at the top, and I already considered myself a relatively good marketer with a lot of knowledge. After all, I had got a job! It didn't take long before the self-confidence was to get a crack, and I had to realize that you didn't actually have to be trained before you start work.
So I asked questions, lots of questions! I was super curious and wanted to learn everything. It's still like that, and every week I've sucked to learn lessons like a sponge from good colleagues. Curious people learn more.
Trust lets the individual grow
I have never experienced having as much confidence in as little time as I have had in my years in INEVO. After only a few weeks of training, I was assigned tasks to be delivered to the customer, and after only less than two months I was on my way to visit my first customer as an Operating Market Assistant (OMA). Everything went so fast, but all trust from management and colleagues made me know that I was in safe hands and that this was going well.
In many ways, it's just trust that has allowed me to grow, both as a single person and as a digital advisor. I have learned to stand on my own legs and trust that what I can do is good enough and useful to others.
Psychological safety is alpha and omega
Something of the best thing about working in INEVO has been the feeling of security, belonging and, not least, space to be who you are and say what you mean. The distinction between management, full-time or part-time employees has been minimal, almost intractable. Here's room for everyone to talk loud about what they think about meaning. I feel that this has created higher well-being, higher involvement and not least – higher performance.
Is there one thing I'm good at? Is it working as a team! If you meet up with challenges, there's always someone willing to help, you feel overworked, there's always someone ready to stand up and if you're exhausted, there'll always be someone there to listen. Psychological safety is alpha and omega! (INEVO)
Select a direction and implement as hell
Is there a thing that has been attached from the first lecture in Digital Marketing with Karl Philip Lund Jack Welch’s quote says that you should ‘select a direction and implement as hell’. It may sound a little unprofessional, but it works like it only does! It's just simply pointing out a goal, getting people with them and implementing measures that can help you achieve implementation and goals.
Good colleagues are Gold Worth
Last but not least, I want to take the chance to boast of the amazingly fine thread I'm leaving. A team that works hard to achieve customers and partners' goals.
I've learned so much in my years in INEVO, not just about digital marketing, but about how to talk to and respect each other, do one another good and see people grow and evolve. Just these things are what creates a good and safe working environment – good colleagues are worth gold.
This was a sad thing. Thank you for now!
