An experimental study from MIT indicates that professionals using ChatGPT for standard office-related writing jobs are 40% faster and deliver 18% better quality than people not using ChatGPT. 453 college-trained workers received writing assignments related to their professions. Half of them got to use ChatGPT. The results were notable: Those who used ChatGPT worked 40 percent faster, and the quality of their work was 18% better. Less differences were also observed between the best and worst results in AI users. After the study, increased stress was reported, but also a little more concern about AI.
