We have spent some time reconstructing the original OKR management kit presentation that investor John Doerr shared with Larry Page, Sergey Brin and the first 30 Google employees in 1999.
The year is 1999. Investor John Doerr just invested $12 million in Google and he visits Google to give the employees a gift. Staff gather around the ping-pong table (which also serves as conference rooms) and Doerr shares its legendary presentation on the control set OCR, a control set that is currently used by small and large enterprises worldwide (but few companies in Norway have heard about it...). We have spent some time reconstructing the original presentation (we have sent an e-mail to John Doerr and the presentation is not available anywhere else on the Internet!).
